I want to upgrade the version of my Unity project from 2019.4.17f1 to 2020.3.3f1, but the "Importing (busy for)" dialog never ends for hours.
Tried: Delete Library folder, Delete C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Unity\cache, Delete line starting with com.google from manifest.json
