I am stuck and don't know what to do, After upgrading to 2019 mouse and raycast don't work well

I am desperate to fix my issue but I can't find what is wrong ... I upgraded to 2019 from 2018... and it seems my mouse click are all off and ray-cast... is there something different I have to do in order to get my mouse clicks and placement of prefabs onto the grid work as before thanks
