I'm currently in the process of upgrading from Unity 5.5.0f3 to Unity 2017.2.0f3. I'm not currently seeing any major issues in the editor or stand alone builds.
In cloud build, if I set my build config to use Unity 5.5.0f3, the game builds and can be played as expected. However, if I set my my cloud build config to use unity version 2017.2.0f3 (which defaults to 2017.2.0f2 after saving - which is odd), and build, i get new asserts in performance reporting and the game doesn't load correctly.
Has anyone else experienced this problem when upgrading build clouds Unity Version to 2017.2.0f3? Is there a Unity developer that can help me understand what's happening?
